概述

GD32F10x接纳Cortex?-M3内核,主频高达108MHz,片上闪存容量从256KB起至1024KB,SRAM划分为64KB或96KB,CPU会见闪存及执行代码高速零期待,执行效率比市场同类产品提高30%-40%,在最高主频下的事情性能可达110 DMIPS。
