概述
GD32E1x3系列接纳Cortex?-M4内核,处置惩罚器最高主频可达120MHz,集成了完整的DSP指令集、并行盘算能力和专用单精度浮点运算单位(FPU)。配备了64KB到128KB的嵌入式Flash及20KB到32KB的SRAM。
为应对主流型开发需求的通用接口,包括多达3个USART、2个UART、3个SPI、2个I2C、2个I2S以及1个USB�?�。配备了2个吞吐量高达2.6MSPS的12-bit高速ADC,这有助于电机控制等应用实现更高的精度。并支持16个可复用通道及16-bit硬件过采样滤波功效和区分率可设置功效,还拥有2个12位DAC。
芯片已接纳1.8V-3.6V宽电压供电,I/O口可遭受5V电平。全新设计的电压域支持高级电源管理并提供了三种省电模式。周全适用于工业控制、物联网、消耗等多种应用。
